Mapioso processes personal data to deliver the app's features, such as accounts, interactive event maps, location-based content and support. We do not sell your data.

7. Location permission

Location data is used to show your position on event maps and help you find nearby pins. You can change location permission in your device settings at any time, but some features may stop working.

8. Camera permission

The app uses the device's camera only when you choose to take a photo or scan a QR code. Mapioso does not use augmented reality, facial recognition, or any kind of face tracking.

Camera access (android.permission.CAMERA / NSCameraUsageDescription) is requested only when you open the photo capture or QR scanner. Camera frames are processed on-device for these actions only — they are not recorded, uploaded, or shared with third parties. You can revoke camera permission at any time in your device's system settings, and the rest of the app will continue to work without it.
